Thank you again for all of the research you did to put this together. I just magnifies the corruption in Georgia's politics. They could care less about the people. My " representatives " won't return my calls or emails, that never happened in the past, only with this new bunch in office now. They only do and say as the governor tells them. I firmly believe this is set up solely to keep DJT off the ballot because of the governor's disdain for him. Even my local GOP refuses to discuss the crooked things going on in Georgia. They tell me the important thing is is to vote republican.

Hank:

The logical conclusions expressed here in this post (and in your preceding, cited articles) are unassailable and they are now further backed up by a parliamentarian of known repute. These machinations and manipulations are or should be devastating to the entity created by these cats and kitties AKA THE GRP INC. The logical conclusions expressed here and in the cited articles should sound the death knell for this Franken-“Republican” entity but until grass-roots Republicans all across the State wake up and demand an end to this charade, nothing will happen.

Meanwhile, while grass-roots Republicans are waking up to this travesty, the capitalized entity created steamrolls over the will of the people who are clueless about this coup de etat being staged by these usurpers.

MY MEMORY IS FAILING ME, BUT WAS THERE NOT A LAWSUIT FILED RECENTLY ABOUT THIS ? GOP ORG VS GOP INC? OR SOMETHING IN THAT CATEGORY?

Sullivan’s articles are well researched. The assertions are backed up by facts and artifacts. The Georgia Code is cited.

Thank you, Mr Sullivan

A couple of questions, Mr Sullivan.

1. The GRP Corporation (GRP, Inc) is a nonprofit corporation, correct? Do you know if it is registered as a nonmember corporation or a member controlled nonprofit?

2. Where is the money going? Is there a publicly available audit of either the lawful Georgia Republican Party or GRP, Inc., which is the corporation masquerading as the party?

1. It is a non-member corporation.

2. Nobody I know knows. No audit available because it is a non-member corporation and there are no members with proper standing to demand an audit, or financial reports.

Get a legal opinion. A parliamentarian is an expert on procedure not the law. You bring up interesting points but I have yet to see a definitive legal opinion from a qualified source. You may be 100% correct and your research is thorough, but a qualified legal opinion would be the icing on the cake.

Most of what I wrote in this piece relates to parliamentary considerations. That is why I chose an expert parliamentarian. The only place he refers to the law is in the treatment of the required $25,000 contribution, and Mr. Glad tells you that.. The GRP, Inc. has a general counsel, which tells you that an attorney is there merely to argue in support of his or her clients welfare or purposes. He will tell you all of this is perfectly fine. That is his job. Over 90% of the arguments I bring to bear here are based in perfectly understandable English and proper English Grammar. Mr. Abely, who commented below, is an attorney. There you go. Thanks for the comment.

This is outrageous! Since 2020, I've been ashamed to say I live in Georgia & now even more so.

Immediate legal action should be taken against this tyrannical power grab.
