This is very similar to the Redspeed camera pay to play scheme in the General Assembly. Redspeed paid around $80,000 in campaign donations in turn to get the camera speed enforcement law passed which is unconstitutional because it denies drivers due process. If you don’t pay a ticket Redspeed can put a lien on your vehicle. You don’t get to see the data from the camera either. It’s bribery and a crime!
