Not what Rebecca Yardley said at State Convention on June 9. She said that Padgett had NOT refused to relinquish the sole directorship. Who is lying?
This explains so many obvious areas of concern for Georgia and this phantom party system clearly designed to snatch tax dollars for political gain!!

Forsyth County Republican Party signed a Resolution in 2021 censoring Kemp. Hence he never made any “public” appearance eg. Forsyth County Fair at the Cumming Fairgrounds. His only appearance(s) were “privately” held at Rep. Lauren McDonald’s home. Much to the protest of the grassroots Republicans who wanted answers to viable questions and concerns.
This Corporation was something I gave warning about a long time back. I was ignored. Great job Hank on pulling a lot of this together giving sense to this. Eyes are (finally) opening up. I just hope it’s not too late.
The “Georgia Republican Party, Inc” looks like, walks, and acts like a Criminal Political “Party,” and Title 21 political party identity is nowhere in its incorporation documents.
How can a NONMEMBER NONPROFIT CORPORATION shove the member party in a closet for ten years and dub only THREE of the state party officers as GOVERNING? It can’t. That is illegal.

The grave ABUSE of this corporation has ruined our U.S. Constitutional guarantees in Georgia. My experience with corporate abuse has been in Chatham and Bulloch Counties. I brought party reorganization turn-out and, instead of receiving thanks and awards, they break every Rule they can, including THE LAW, to stop further party organization.

The photo from the fish fry is of 8th District Chair Chan Jones who was the one telling us the event was private. We were stunned. After Kemp left, participants were again allowed to wear their election integrity tshirts inside the event center! Seems the King himself may have decreed no paper please shirts could be worn in his presence.
Bottom line is Republicans have DONE nothing- while Kemp and Co have done so much damage to Georgia that it may be everything Hank has predicted about Kemp and what it appears he will do next with a corporation becomes reality soon - what can we do Hank to stop this evil corruption in Georgia???
