It is indeed wonderful to have a ray of legislative sunshine in these gloomy times that now envelop us!
However, even though the bill mentions individuals, it only seems applicable to Georgia government, not extending protection to We the People from being forced into such a system. Am I reading that right, Hank?
So far, the only thing the Fed has tried to do is get people to use CBDC through a phone app that they put out there. So, use of CBDC is optional by the general public, at least now. The State of Georgia cannot keep individuals from buying into the incentives the Fed may try. That's up to individuals. This bill just says the State of Georgia will not be using it.
Hank, Can a man be free and enslaved simultaneously? Is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INCORPORATED, truly a corporation? Are all the lettered agencies of USA, Inc incorporated, including the FED? Is Georgia incorporated, too. Are We the People one or two entities- living breathing humans created by God, or corporations, or both? Why do our names appear on every official document, beginning with our Birth Certificates, in all capital letters? (SocSec card, all licenses/permits (drivers, carry, hunting), deeds to our homes, titled property (autos, boats, RVs motorcycles), medicare, insurance policies, bank accounts and even checks? Are we also corporations? If we are, when and how did it happen? Are our courts under Admiralty, Legislation or Common Law jurisprudence? Aren't all of these examples of "enslavement"- albeit, mostly financial and property rights? Is anyone insulated or immune from these tentacles of enslavement? John Dashler, Dalton, Ga dashler@optilink.ushttps://t.me/MachinesMustGo No, this isn't an attempt to put you on the spot. Let's talk!
I'm glad to talk about this. Maybe you are the guy who can help me to understand the answers to your questions. But, lets just start with the fundamental question, whether the United States Government is operating under the person of a corporation. I have heard that many times, that as a result of the "Act of 1871," the incorporation of the Washington, DC municipal government also incorporated the US Government operating within its boundaries, circumventing or overruling the US Constitution. I have probably read the Act of 1871 more than anyone you know. Every time this question comes up, I go read it again to see if I missed anything. I find no language in the Act of 1871 which accomplishes what many allege. And every time I ask them to point out the specific language of the Act which accomplishes the purposes they allege, not a one has been able to do it. Instead, they give me links to various websites that allege the same thing, none of which use the language of the Act of 1871 to justify their claims. So, now its your turn up to bat. I hope you don't swing and miss like everyone else has. Please don't send me links to other website full of allegations of what you believe. Doing so would be no answer to this discussion. You must use the SOURCE DOCUMENT ONLY, which you can find here https://archive.org/details/pdfy-XuT7yoQ9PctoP2Ac/page/n7/mode/2up. That's all you get. If the Act of 1871 made the US Government into a corporation, the language doing so would be in this document. So, please, without responding with links to other documents not germane to this discussion, extract the language from the Act of 1871 which incorporates the United States Government, transcribe that language into your answer so that I can read and understand. I will look forward to your response.
That is for an entity known as "Legion of Valor of the United States of America, Incorporated." That is not "United States of America, Incorporated." That said, I have seen links in the past to a corporate entity known as, "United States of America, Inc." But that is nothing I can connect to the Act of 1871. And you or I could have created such an entity. A mere name does not incorporate the US Government. Any corporate entity must have a CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION, which is signed by the appropriate elected official empowered under constitutional law to do so. There would be laws, duly-enacted under a federal or state constitution, authorizing the incorporation. The mere fact that a legal corporation must be enacted under laws which are themselves enacted under the Constitution, in effect, prove that the US Constitution is still alive and breathing. Because the Constitution is SUPREME LAW, there is no law ABOVE the Constitution which could serve to authorize a corporate entity to, say, swallow up, the United States Government.
I understood what it was. Did you read all the notes? Seems to be some definitive statements in them. Of those links you've seen, were any to USCode? I'm familiar with Certificates of Incorporation. I owned 10'ish Ga Corps during my business career- 350 employees, not PO Box variety, 7 were mfg. Hank, I'm not trying to argue. Quite the opposite. Too much respect for you and I just began diving into this a month ago. Timing to begin conversation was prompted by your post. Was very pleased to see you were knowledgeable on this subject. Otherwise, I would have remained quiet until I was better prepared. To quote Schwartzeneger, "I'll be back!"- as an ally! BTW, I loved the story behind your posts on GRP v. GRP, INC. Sarah and I became acquainted about 18 months ago. Haven't been in touch for the last few months, but we're still friends. She's a great gal and Patriot!
Thanks, John. This is not an argument. It is a discussion, one that I have been having with people for over ten years. And to this moment, no one has been able to show me anything beyond taking me to other links beyond the true source document to make a case. If someone has anything on the subject, which supports this finding, I am glad to examine it. Thus far, after a decade of folks trying from time to time, I still got nuthin.
I agree and we're good. Are you OK with taking our discussion private? Either DMs on telegram or email. Think I provided both in 1st reply. BTW, I'm an early riser- 3 this morning, but usually 4 ish. I'm brain dead around noon, which explains drop in activity.
Looking forward to the final vote of this Bill in the Senate. Thank you for sharing. It would be interesting to know your thoughts of Central Bank Digital Currency, or CBDC, Aligned with MERS

Hank, had a draft response prepared. Left it to search for a para of US code I found last week. Returned to discover the draft had disappeared. Let's try this, which I called "not definitive" in the draft. However, on closer examination, there may be something here. Here's the link to Title 36, General, para 130301. If the link doesn't work, I've snipped it, but doubt the snip will fit in this space. Let's try the link first. https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=incorporation+of+United+states+of+America&f=&fq=true&num=1&hl=true&edition=prelim&granuleId=USC-prelim-title36-section130301#hl1 BTW, I'm in Dalton. Here's my cell 706 313 6147.

Wow, half way there.
Thanks for the update. Sharing with GA friends.
Thank you!!!
An excellent article. Thank you, Mr Sullivan.
If the Democrats win in November, there will be a US Digital Currency.
