Conflicts of Interest abound in this Years' Georgia Mental Health Bill

This time last year, I began published my findings regarding a connection between a high-tech, GPS and bio-metric monitoring company Talitrix, LLC and the sponsoring of two major mental health bills at the 2022 and 2023 Georgia General Assembly. Last year’s bill was HB1013, the Georgia Mental Health Parity Act. This year the bill is HB520, which curiously enough is simply entitled, “An Act,” obviously attempting to fly under the radar.
