Thank you, Claudia, for your very well articulated comment. I will gladly attend your meeting to better understand what upholding and improving standards of development in Forsyth County means to your organization. I will look forward to meeting you and others at that time.

Sadly I remember too - I remember when the commercial real estate folks predicted 400 would be built over the protests of Dunwoody homeowners who were very organized! You see who won lol

Lake Lanier was a bunch of poorly built “ lake homes” with limited access - no one went there really

Now I live on it!

I was a designer in Commercial Office Design and remember how impossible that seemed at the time

I also remember when Johnson Ferry Rd was 2 lanes and I drive to Century Center in my MG Midget from E Cobb before it was so crowded

E Cobb was nothing but horse farms like Alpharetta was too

We left there for Crabapple until we got our boat and went every weekend to the lake

Too far we found,so we moved to the lake lol

Now it’s crowded too - ever been on 369 Browns Bridge ?

Pretty soon Chattanooga will be part of Suburban Atlanta at this rate

Don’t laugh like we did back when
